The
main composition of Phenolic Foam is phenolic resin, flame retardant,
smoke suppressant, hardener, vesicant, ect. The Phenolic Foam
is a chemiacally and physically foamed material which has the
properties of heat-reservation, thermal insulation and sound-absorbing
material. It has the obvious advantages of non-flammable, smokeless,
high temperature-resistance and low thermal conductivity. With
a stable size, it can be processed to blocks, pipes with various
kinds of shapes. The main application of Phenolic Foam is as
follows:
1.Transportation:
A fire-proof and thermal insulation material for aeroplanes,
ships, and
trains.
2.Architecture:
A fire-proof and thermal insulation material for walls, sound-absorbing
material for auditoria and fire-resistance material for roof.
3.Petrochemical:
An insulation material for high and low temperature of reaction
equipment,
chemical pipes, oil transmission pipes and LNG transmission
pipes.
4.Other industries:
A heat-preservation material for site construction and moulding,
pipe
thermal insulation (central heat providing pipe net construction
, and
refrigeratory's thermal insulation) heat-preservation construction
for steam
pipe net, these industries can also adopt the compound thermal
insulation of
silicic acid aluminium and phenolic foam.
